Garnet Grit

Abrasives are used to strip paint, smooth a weld, remove rust, abrade wood and can also polish/smooth away imperfections from most surfaces.

A Natural inexpensive abrasive.
Used for light duty wood sanding, paint or rust removal, and metal smoothing.
Great for small, medium and large sandblasting jobs.
Most commonly used in sandblast cabinets, pressure pots and blast rooms with reclaim facilities.

Usage:
Very Abrasive
Heavy rust removal
Removes material quickly
Causes heat quickly which can warp the steel
Good for large jobs to remove heavy rust and material in large quantities.
