Sales Taxes

Radum Pty Ltd is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Shipping

Radum Pty Ltd can arrange freight quotes and organise delivery of goods for the customer.  The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with delivery, including freight, insurance and other charges arising from the point of dispatch of the goods to the Customer to the point of delivery.  All freight is outsourced by local and interstate freight companies, Radum Pty Ltd has NO control of delivery dates or time of delivery, however  Radum Pty Ltd will try the very best to ensure quick and efficient despatch of your goods.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check the package at time of delivery for sign of damage due to freight. If the customer signs the freight in good order, it is NOT Radum Pty Ltd or third party freight company’s responsibility to replace the damaged goods.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Radum Pty Ltd will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION with written notification within 7 days of receipt.  Radum Pty Ltd will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars, NO CASH Credits available. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Radum Pty Ltd will, upon your written notification, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition (except freight damage) or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.  Radum Pty Ltd may request damaged material to be returned for inspection and testing or for customer to provide photographic proof of damaged product, if no damage or fault can be verified; all charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
